- Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): You may permanently close your account and wipe all profile data at any time in Account Settings → Danger Zone.
- No Sale of Data: PolyResearch has never sold, and will never sell, personal data to data brokers or advertisers.
- California "Shine the Light" Law (Civil Code § 1798.83): California residents may request confirmation that we do not disclose personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We confirm zero third-party marketing sharing.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) & Do Not Track: Because we do not track across third-party websites or engage in behavioral ad re-targeting, our systems operate with native privacy preservation across all user agent signals.
- Statutory Financial Data Retention: Transaction records, Form 1099-INT tax reports, and Master Promissory Note records are retained for seven (7) years in accordance with IRS and federal statutory compliance requirements, after which they are securely purged.
